Robert Earl Williams was born August 12, 1956 in Jackson,MS to Delores Williams & Sidney Alexander. He loved playing with his older brother Kenneth “Kenny” Williams, best friend Greg and was proud of his Batman boots. Robert played the Trumpet in Middle School and Basketball at Central High School. In 1979, his firts daughter, LaShundra Walker was born. At the age of 24, Robert joined the US Navy and set sail on the USS Mt. Vernon later serving on the USS Dixon. Robert worked as a Machinist and was part of Seal Team 1 working with elite Navy Seals to complete missions. While serving, Robert married his wife Trina Williams in San Diego, California. The two were able to build a beautiful family adding daughters Natasha Maka Williams in 1982 and Stacey Williams in 1987. Robert proudly served his country for 20 years alongside naval buddies, Glenn Barbarin & Austin Williams and ended his watch in Pearl Harbor, HI in 2000. He preceded to a new career while starting his woodworking business, Woods of Williams. Robert eventually returned to Jackson, Mississippi and decided to go back to school for a degree in Architectural Graphic Design at the age of 56. Robert then worked at David Weekly designing homes until retirement in 2020. Robert enjoyed woodwork, listening to music, watching the Lakers and researching topics on you-tube all while being irritated by bestie of 44yrs, Ann. He enjoyed his last moments at his home in Austin, Texas eating hot wings, smoking cigars, bottling bourbon with his son-in-law Sean Matthew all while enjoying the company of his wife Trina Williams of 38yr

Robert is survived by:- siblings Kenneth Williams, Hilton Turner, Randy Harris, Marion Alexander, Bobby &Danny McElroy.- Trina Williams (wife of 38 years) LaShundra Walker (oldest daughter) Natasha “maka” williams (middle daughter) Stacey Leary (youngest daughter)Sean Matthew Leary (son in law)


As hard as it was for Robert to say goodbye he left behind a tribe to care for all of those he loved. The following people form a tribe that willcontinue to carry on his legacy:
